Sam Trainer
Live roleplay with a calm British closer.
Sam plays the merchant or the closer and you talk to him in real time. He pushes back, throws objections, and adapts to your pitch like a real prospect would. This is where reps build muscle before they pick up a real phone.
How to use it
- 1Pick a stage (cold call, discovery, close, buyout, comeback) and a persona (clean shop, stacked daily, payback complaint, etc.).
- 2Choose your role: closer or merchant. If you pick closer, Sam plays the prospect and rates how you handle the call.
- 3Talk or type. Sam responds in voice. Use Replay With Sam to rerun any moment with a different angle.

Email Assistant
Drop a merchant email. Get a reply that moves the deal.
Paste the merchant's note (or a sample objection), pick the tone and pressure, add any thoughts you want Sam to weave in. He writes the reply in your voice, ready to send.
How to use it
- 1Pick a sample objection or paste the merchant's actual email.
- 2Choose tone (Bond, Bad timing, Buyout, Stall, etc.) and pressure (Warm, Balanced, Firm).
- 3Add a quick note for Sam if you want a specific angle, then hit Regenerate reply.
Sam's tip
Use this for stalls, ghosting, and rate pushback. Lead vs Deal toggle changes the framing.

How to use it
- 1Enter advance, factor, and term to see total payback and weekly payment.
- 2Add each open MCA (open balance, weekly, weeks left) to model the stack.
- 3Check the Reverse Consol panel: it tells you if the file is a STRONG FIT, WORTH A CALL, or SKIP, with the reason.

Sam listens to your call and tells you what to fix.
Upload a recording or paste a transcript. Sam grades the call moment by moment, marks the wins, the misses, and gives you the exact line you should have used. He only judges what the rep could have known at that point in the call, no hindsight.

Factor rates explained
Align your client’s expectations.
Keep it simple: a factor rate shows the fixed payback, not an annualized bank APR. MCA can be expensive when annualized, so it works best for short-term, high-ROI needs where speed, no collateral, and payment flexibility matter.
